Our heritage in Education

Preface -

Education is the most important aspect of human life. Education is the only means through which a person can not only get a good status in the society, but can also discharge a proper role accordingly. It is necessary that learner has knowledge of his beliefs and culture, he should be inspired by his ancient stories.

The process of learning Indian cultural knowledge and heritage –

The knowledge of Indian heritage is unique in itself. No area of life is untouched by Traditional knowledge. Knowledge is contained in every event from sunrise to nightfall. All that is needed is to use our insight appropriately. The existence of day and night, the determination of time and festivals by the movements of the Sun and the Moon, the sequence of dates, communication of the power of the universe within oneself through prayer to God, the importance of vegetation in festivals, the development of social relations through discipline, knowledge of relations. Included in our heritage. Apart from this, inspirational stories like the story of Panchatantra etc. are working to spread knowledge and power in the form of heritage. Traditional games like glass balls, chukkul, chitha etc. games are helpful in learning the concept of motion, force, circle, sphere, radius, rectangle, quadrilateral angle etc. Books like Ramayana teach us to obey the father, brotherly love, goodwill among the living beings. Like effort to protect Mother Sita by Pakshiraj Jatayu and by a squirrel through small pebbles in Ramsetu, efforts have been made to teach that even small efforts have special importance in a big work.

Conclusion –

In this way Indian knowledge heritage acts as a basic element in the dissemination of modern knowledge. If the process of teaching is done by relating ancient knowledge and heritage with modern knowledge, then it will be more effective.
